After having worked as a chef in some amazing restaurants in Australia and around the world for almost a decade, I knew it was time for a change, but little did I know that my passion for documenting life and taking photos of my travels would land me here.
Travelling the world I always looked to capture what was in front of me, the natural and everyday things. Because of this I think my ethos to capturing a wedding is the similar; natural and no frills, just purely what is in front of me.
Film cameras of all shapes, sizes and shutter sounds have always been a draw to me. My collection is most certainly approaching the hoarder stage and I’m not ashamed of it! I love weaving in certain cameras for weddings as they create a style and feel that’s unmatched.
When I’m not behind the camera you'll still see me with one, just something small and compact, ready to capture something. I’m probably drinking a cup of tea (French Earl is my choice at the moment), and planning a hike or my next overseas trip.
